Amboseli is great for a Kenya safari. Enjoy an afternoon game-viewing drive. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. The western section is dominated by the vast Lake Amboseli, which is dry outside the rainy season. Later return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

You need a small overnight bag for your essentials of the night at The Ark Lodge, the rest of the luggage will be left in safe custody at the Aberdare Country Club. You will be watching wildlife from the lodge balcony and underground bunkers. Occasionally you will receive alarms at night from your room when special animals come to the floodlit water-hole. We will be arriving at your lodge/camp for check-in and then lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game-viewing drive. The park is famous for the abundant greater and lesser flamingoes (when the water levels on the lake are low). Wildlife here is bountiful including lions, cheetah, leopards, and hyenas. Rothschild giraffe as well as black and white rhinos are also found here. Lake Nakuru National Park is an ornithological paradise for bird lovers as well. Enjoy dinner and overnight.
